As the license holder of the VK3NX station, I have been a licensed Amateur Radio Operator since 1986. From a very early age I was fascinated with all things science and my interests in Physics, Electronics and Radio converged into my lifelong hobby of Amateur Radio. My "day" job is in the medical / health sector and totally unrelated to the field of electronics and radio. As such this "Amateur" past time provides an opportunity to exploring my "other" interests: electronics, science, radio propogation and construction techniques.
These website pages are a snapshot of my past and current activities in this hobby which over the years, has enabled me to meet people from all around the world who share these similar interests.
